Hi, I’m Alysia, the founder of On Demand Boutique and a proud mum of four. The inspiration for my brand comes directly from my personal journey as a breastfeeding mum, navigating the challenges of finding modern, stylish evening wear that was also bump and feeding-friendly. I’ve always loved dressing up for special occasions, but I struggled to find dresses that not only looked great but also made breastfeeding easy and discreet.

When you first have your baby and start breastfeeding, you're constantly reminded to feed "on demand." That’s where the name On Demand Boutique comes from—a brand name that breastfeeding mums instantly relate to. I wanted to create something that would resonate with women like me, who need more than just comfortable clothing; we need clothing that empowers us to feel beautiful and confident while also accommodating the practical needs of breastfeeding.

I’ve been able to breastfeed all three of my children, and I know firsthand how isolating it can feel when you’re at an event and need to figure out how to feed your baby. Whether it’s struggling to find privacy or feeling uncomfortable with the outfit you’ve had to "make work," it can take away from the joy of the occasion. Too many times, I found myself half-undressing in a car or hidden away with a large wrap, just to feed my baby.
